Exclusive interview with Manny Campoli, one of Toronto’s young entrepreneurs who’s shaking the ground

Sharing is caring!

When we try to do something different, many people will advise us to go back to the old, traditional ways. It might be hard for them to realize that something new can be done in various facets. People want us to experience things in their ways because it works for them and they can’t understand that there are different methods of achievement.

Many young people give up their dreams, because they get irritated from social and personal expectations. They stop chasing it and never taste the full freedom and independence and follow the crowd instead like lemmings.

It doesn’t have to be that way! We can create our future the way we want. Even if all the odds try to pull us down. Our deep desire and hard work will take us closer to our personal life-mission. Everybody has the power to be their own creator with a proactive mind.

Entrepreneurship – This is one chance to create your own job and destiny!

Very few people come from business families and for those millennials who want to break out from 9-5 jobs, live a self-paced life, it will be hard because their parents might struggle to understand that it can be done. But this should not stop you.

Meet Manny Campoli, a serial entrepreneur who proved family background and age doesn’t matter. Everyone can achieve the success they desire and mostly important can multiply it. In this interview Manny shares his story behind his achievements, strategies for rapid growth, and ways of self care.

Hello Manny Campoli, we’re excited to interview you and share your story with our readers. Please tell us more about you and your  work.

I’m a serial entrepreneur and investor. Chasing the freedom in my life led me to leave a 9-5 jobs and make multiple 6 figures by myself. For some people it might be hard to imagine if this can be possible. Leaving a job to create my own was one of the best decisions I made in my life. Currently I own 2 restaurants in downtown Toronto’s financial district and a medium sized construction company ( Brute Construction Service LTD ) I started about two years ago that grew really quickly.

After achieving success in a short time, I believe everyone can bring change in their lives.

I have just started but for many people it might take 5 to 10 years to achieve what I have. Knowing this, I want to make a change in the world and help more young entrepreneurs to reach their dreams.

Struggling to live a life paycheck to paycheck is a real thing. I’m educating people around me that it is possible to change things in their own term and even retire early. Everybody should be their own life creator, with being proactive and not reactive. I believe that in a short period of time I will be impacting and helping many people around the world with my voice and experience.

What do you think are the keys to get ahead financially?

One of the mistakes I see many entrepreneurs make, is to invest a huge amount of earnings in a new business. Having different streams of income will make us millionaires but not in the early stage of entrepreneurship. Till you master the first business and start to generate income for you, without you being physically involved, then it’s time for you to add another source.

Create a plan which will allow you to make money without trading time. Hire the right people who stand behind their work.

Save and invest. Please note that you should budget 25% in basic needs, 10% toward additional wants, and 65% towards investing. This is one of the main keys to never go broke.

What advice would you like to share with new entrepreneurs?

  • Prepare your mindset that you might have a breakdown in this journey but you will not stop working. This should be one of your main Matra´s.
  • Work as much as you can. The additional effort you put in your business, will help you raise the standard to upto 3-5 years ahead.
  • Be Patient and take action. If you feel your product/service will help in giving people a better life and possibilities; Go all in, create the vision and execute.

How do you balance work and life?

One of the main reasons I choose entrepreneurship is because I wanted freedom. I didn’t want to trade my 9 am to 5 pm for money. Selfcare is an important aspect in my life. I know that many entrepreneurs burnout because they work every second, which leads them to stress and depression and makes them forget about themselves. I try to create a gap in my daily schedule where I can be myself. On a daily basis I workout to grow my concentration and physical balance, meditate and run. I also enjoy going on vacation from time to time.
