Sharing is caring!

Surround yourself with the right level or support. When I started my entrepreneurial journey, all my friends and family had all kind of advice, but actually non of them was a business owner. It’s just a very different journey then being employed. Finding people and mentors who believe in my big dreams and support the idea that there is something bigger available to you than most people might think is possible, was very powerful for me to move forward with full force. – Susi Kaeufer

Hello Susi Kaeufer, we are excited to share your story with our readers. Please tell us a little about your work.

I’m a mindset and business coach for location independent entrepreneurs. I travel full-time myself, and have no home or apartment for 2 years now. Full-time Digital Nomad so to say. Basically, creating an extraordinary life like this has always been what I’m meant to do and help others to do, but I didn’t grow up with a mindset of “everything is possible.” I left my home country Germany in 2014, because I wanted to change my story, change my mindset and change my results. This is what I bring into the work with my clients and into my online programs as well: You have to see it and believe it, before you can create it.

What were the biggest initial hurdles to running your own online business and how did you overcome them?

My mindset and background was the one of an employer. Taking risks, handling failures, having an insecure source of income with lots of ups and downs, I wasn’t used to any of this, and my limited money mindset wasn’t helpful on my journey of becoming a successful CEO of my own business. I was trained and raised to “horde money” and to be really reluctant to give any money away. I had to completely shift my money mindset to be able to pay for the best tools, hire the best team members and invest into the future of my own business. Today I’m taking calculated risks as the time, and invest my money into my own personal and business development with an optimistic and a bit of a risk-taker mentality. Treat it like a game, and go All In.

What would you say was the single most influential factor in your business success?

My daily mindset routine. I’ve worked with the best mentors on this planet to learn the daily success habits that got them there, and daily mindset journaling is definitely the one tool that I credit a lot of my success, my clarity and my results to. Once you can see what you want to create, you can take the daily inspired action to get there. Once you know, which beliefs aren’t serving you to achieve your goals, you get to actively change them during your mindset routine.
